Order and payment
We will send an order confirmation to the email address you provided as soon as your order has been registered in our system. In the order confirmation you will find all the details about your purchased product, price, billing details and shipping details. If you don’t receive an order confirmation, please check your spam and junk folders before contacting us.
If there is anything wrong in the order confirmation, you should immediately contact us at [email protected].
All prices on the website are specified in Danish kronor (DKK) and include VAT. When ordering via najell.com, the prices specified on the website apply. The prices do not include payment charges, delivery and invoicing charges or similar, which may be added and are specified separately.
Methods of payment
You can pay for your order on Najell.com/da/ with the following:
- Card or credit card (we accept the most). It is free to pay by card.
- Invoice by Klarna
When completing an order at Najell AB, you agree to your information being registered. Your information is used to administrate and fulfill your order. We protect your privacy and do not collect more information than necessary to process your order. We never sell or give your information to third parties.
Najell AB is responsible for the processing of personal data that you have provided to us as a customer. According to the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), you have the right to receive the information we have registered on you. If you consider it to be incorrect or irrelevant, you can request correction or removal from our customer register. If you want your information to be corrected or removed, please contact us at [email protected] The information you provide about yourself is only used internally.
Delivery times and feed
We deliver your order to your closest post office or delivery point normally within 3-5 working days in Europe. For orders outside of Europe, delivery time is around 7 working days.
Orders made on a weekend or a Swedish holiday will be shipped the next working day.
You will receive an email when your order has been shipped and when it is available for pickup at your local postal office.
Shipping within European Union (EU)
Free shipping for orders within the borders of the EU, Norway and Great Britain.
Shipping outside European Union (EU)
For orders outside of the EU, cost for shipping will be added.
If you live outside the European Union you might have to pay duty fees when receiving your parcel. For specific VAT and taxes in your country please contact your local customs office.
Non-collection of a parcel
For parcels that have not been collected by the customer, a fee of 30 € will be charged. This corresponds to the costs it has caused Najell AB to ship and receive the parcel in return.
If you have changed your mind when the parcel has been sent from us, you must collect the parcel at your delivery point and send it back to us. If the parcel is not being collected, it is automatically registered as non-collected and charged accordingly.
Returns and exchange
Right of withdrawal and returns
Your right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days from the date you receive your order.
Please note that a non-collected parcel is not considered a withdrawal or return.
If you want to return any of your products,
- please send an email to [email protected], and write RETURN and order number as a subject. In order to handle your return more quickly, please provide your name, email address used in the order and which product you are returning.
- Then send back the product(s) together with the return form (filled in) that came with your order. If you don’t have the form, you can download it here.
Free returns for Sweden and Denmark: Please use the pre-paid return way-bill. If you have not received a return way-bill, you can email [email protected] Returns can not be made as cash on delivery.
For all other countries: Return shipping is paid by the customer. Send the products to: Postpac AB, Norra industrigatan 5, 274 30 Skurup, Sweden.
You have the right to examine the product but it has to be returned unused with all accessories and its original packaging.
All returned items should be wrapped and well packaged so that the parcel is not damaged. You may not tape or paste anything directly on the product’s original packaging.
Please note that you are responsible if the product disappears or deteriorates during return shipping, so make sure to package it well. Najell AB is not responsible for lost parcels.
As soon as your return is processed and approved, you will be refunded the same way you paid for the product. It may take up to 7 working days for our warehouse to process your return after it has arrived at our warehouse. We will refund you no later than 30 days after your return has been processed and approved.
On the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the original value of the product when the product is used or damaged.

If you need to make a complaint, you should always contact us before the item is sent back to us. Send an email to [email protected] and please attach photos if possible.
When we have approved your complaint and received the product, we will send you a new product, provided that it is in stock. If the item is not in stock, we will refund you what you have paid for the item and return mail.
