Yes! You can enjoy the discounts both on our website najell.com and in our physical Najell stores.

Discounts
This Black Week, we’re offering exclusive discounts on a handpicked selection of items and limited-edition pieces, with savings of 20% to 70%.
During Black Week, our prices are already at their best, so additional discount codes or loyalty rewards cannot be applied to sale items.
If your purchase was made within the 30-day return period and the product is still in its original packaging, please contact our customer service at help@najell.com — we’re here to help.
Orders & Returns
Due to high order volumes during Black Week, we’re unable to cancel or change orders once they’re placed. Please double-check your details before confirming. If any items are missing or incorrect in your order, please create a return and place a new order.
We wish we could hold items for you, but products can’t be reserved before purchase. Adding them to your cart doesn’t guarantee they’re yours — they’re only secured once your order is completed.
Check your spam folder first. If you have not received an order confirmation within a few hours of placing your order, please send us a chat.
Our standard 30-day return policy applies. While we don’t offer exchanges, you’re welcome to return your item and select another product by placing a new order.
Yes, you are able to return a set; however, discounts applied to gift sets remain valid only if all items in the set are kept. If any item from the set is returned, the discount will no longer apply, and refunds will be calculated based on the full price of the items that are not returned.

Black Week brings high demand, so deliveries may take slightly longer than usual. We’re committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible.
Yes! Once your order has left our warehouse, you’ll receive an email or text from the shipping company with a link to track your package.
