Najell Customer Club
Membership
Welcome to the Najell Customer Club. These membership terms apply to your membership. “Najell” or “we” refers to Najell AB, a Swedish company with corporate Reg no. 556819-7494.
Membership in the customer club is completely free of charge. The membership involves no purchase requirement and constitutes a voluntary agreement to receive membership benefits under these terms and conditions. To become a member, you must be a private individual and at least 18 years old. Your membership becomes valid once your registration has been completed and you have accepted the membership terms and taken part of our privacy policy. The membership is personal and cannot be transferred to another person. You may terminate your membership at any time.
When you shop in a physical Najell store, your purchase will be registered as a member purchase when you state your phone number. When you shop at najell.com, your purchase will automatically be registered as a member purchase.
Offers, Benefits and Communication
As a member of the customer club, you will receive personalized communication including exclusive personal offers and selected general member promotions. You will also receive tailored news, product recommendations, inspiration, event invitations, and more.
By being active in the community, you can earn points which you can redeem for discounts, free gifts and other rewards.
As a customer club member you will also be a part of a vibrant community with the opportunity to interact with other members.
We typically communicate via email, SMS and on najell.com, but may also use digital advertising on external platforms (e.g., Facebook). In addition, within the customer club there will be communication channels with both Najell and other members. Najell reserves the right to change these channels over time.
You can contact us at any time to update your contact details. If your contact information changes, we ask that you inform us so you don't miss out on offers and communications. You may also unsubscribe from emails or SMS at any time. However, if you opt out of all communications, we reserve the right to terminate your membership.
Based on the data we collect (such as purchase and click history, place of residence, and personal attributes), we conduct analysis on segment, individual, or aggregate levels. Insights from these analyses form the basis of our communications and the offers and benefits you receive. These analyses also help us avoid sending you information that may be irrelevant or uninteresting.
Our analyses involve processing your personal data, which is necessary to manage your benefits and offers in accordance with the membership terms. We primarily collect this data directly from you, but we may also verify certain information (e.g. address) through public records.
Community Guidelines and User Conduct
To ensure a respectful and safe environment for all members, the following rules apply when participating in the Najell Customer Club community.
Photos, Content and Personal Data
You may only upload content (including photos and text) that you have the legal right to share. If other people appear in a photo, you must have their consent before publishing it. You may only upload photos of children if you are their legal guardian or have obtained consent from the legal guardian. You may not post content that may be perceived as offensive, inappropriate, or intrusive to others’ privacy. You may not share others’ personal data (such as names, addresses, photos or contact details) without their explicit consent. Always respect others’ wishes not to appear in photos or be mentioned in shared content.
Communication
You must be respectful in all conversations, comments and shared advice. Any harassment, bullying, or offensive language is not tolerated. Tips and experiences should be shared in a kind and constructive tone.
Reporting Inappropriate Content
If you see content that violates these rules, please report such content by contacting us at help@najell.com.
Responsibility and Enforcement
By participating in the community and publishing content, you confirm that:
You have the legal right to share the content, including any images and text.
Any identifiable individuals appearing in the content have given their consent to publication.
You are the legal guardian of any children shown in the content or have obtained such consent.
You will be respectful in all conversations, comments and shared advice.
Najell AB reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines or is otherwise deemed inappropriate, without prior notice. Repeated or serious violations may result in suspension or termination of your customer club membership.
If you appear in content uploaded by another member and want it removed, please contact us at help@najell.com.
Data Controller
The purpose of the Customer Club is to provide you with personalized communication, including personal offers and selected general promotions. You will also receive customized news, product recommendations, inspiration, and invitations to events. In order to provide this, we need to process your personal data.
Najell AB, corporate ID no. 556724-9254, located at Stortorget 1, 222 22 Lund, Sweden, is the data controller for the Najell Customer Club.
You are always welcome to contact us if you want more information about which personal data we process, how we use it, or if any information is incorrect and you wish to have it corrected. Please email help@najell.com.
We have a legitimate interest in evaluating and developing the offers provided by businesses owned by Najell AB to make them more relevant. Therefore, we will conduct analyses of our members' personal data at aggregated, segmented, and individual levels.

Validity and Termination
Your membership in the Najell Customer Club is valid until further notice. You can terminate your membership at any time by contacting customer service. Upon termination, all personal data collected and processed for the purposes of these terms will be deleted.
Please note that if you have been inactive for a period of five years, your membership will automatically be terminated, and all personal data collected and processed under these terms will be deleted. You will be informed by email before your membership is terminated due to inactivity.
Najell reserves the right to terminate a membership in cases of suspected misuse or material breach of these terms. Abuse includes, but is not limited to, fraudulent use of benefits or repeated violations of these terms.
Changes to Membership Terms
Najell reserves the right to make changes to the membership terms. The current terms will always be available at najell.com. All changes will be published on najell.com in this section. You should therefore review these terms periodically to ensure you are satisfied with any changes. If we make significant material changes, we will notify you by email (provided you have given us your email address). By continuing to be a member you accept the terms and conditions applicable at any time.
If you do not accept the new terms, you have the right to immediately terminate your membership.
Other
Najell is not responsible for events that are not organized by Najell.
These conditions are governed by Swedish law.
