  Le Siège d'Appoint est toujours inclus lorsque vous achetez un porte-bébé Najell Original. Vous pouvez en commander un nouveau si vous l'avez accidentellement jeté ou perdu. Le Siège est le réhausseur que vous utilisez avec votre Porte-bébé Najell Original volume 2 lorsque votre bébé a atteint 6 mois et que vous passez à la position assise.

  How long is the delivery time?

  Sweden and Scandinavia: 2-3 working days. Europe: 3-5 working days. Rest of the world: 5-10 working days. If an order is placed during the weekend (or on a Swedish Holiday), it will be shipped the next working day at the earliest.

  What is your return / exchange policy?

  You have 30 days to return your items, 14 days for sale items. The items should be in a state in which they can be resold and in their original packaging. There is a charge for returns, please check our Terms & Conditions for the exact amount for your region. If you want to exchange your item you can do so by repurchasing the product you want on our website, and then return your existing item. You are welcome to wait until you have received your refund to repurchase, we just can’t guarantee your item will still be in stock if you wait.

  What payment methods are available?

  All our payments go through Klarna. You can always choose to pay with debit or credit card, and depending on your location you can get an invoice. If you are a customer from Belgium please use najell.fr to shop so you can use PayPal.
