Najell is taking the next step in its growth journey and will move into a new, larger headquarters in central Lund this autumn, spanning 2,600 square metres – a strategic move in the company’s continued development.

With the ambition of creating a retail powerhouse, Najell is bringing its team together in an environment that reflects the brand’s identity and long-term vision. The new headquarters is designed to support continued expansion, to grow to approximately 120 employees over the coming years.

The new office is more than just a workplace. It is a space where ideas come to life, where collaboration is strengthened, and where products are developed with a clear focus on Scandinavian Affordable Premium – combining design, functionality, and quality that is accessible to more people.

The move is an investment in both people and product development. The new headquarters has been designed to reflect exactly that: a place where creativity, collaboration, and accountability are at the heart of everything.

The project has been carried out in close collaboration with the property owner, GUSTAVSSONS FASTIGHETER, and the architectural firm Jais Landén Krantz Arkitekter AB, to create an inspiring and functional environment that supports Najell’s way of working. The result is a modern office in a historic 1904 building on Stora Algatan, located in Lund’s Cultural Quarter and originally designed by architect Oscar Hägg.

“Through a careful and extensive renovation, the building has been given new life and adapted for the future of work, while preserving its unique character,” says Stephan Gustavsson, property owner.

For Najell, this presents a unique opportunity to combine a building with more than 120 years of history with the ambition of creating a modern retail powerhouse for the next generation.
