    • The Najell Customer Club is an online community for parents where they can be seen, feel heard and be helped out by experts and fellow parents. Ask for help, share your experiences or thoughts on anything. From advice on getting a good night's sleep during pregnancy, to how to carry your baby in ababycarrier, we’re here and so are other parents. And the best thing? You earn points with every purchase and community interaction.  With the earned points you can, for example redeem a discount, attend Najell events for free or redeem Members only products.   

    • You can become a member by clicking on the Sign up button. Create an account by filling in your details and you’re in! You can also become a member when shopping in one of our stores.  

    • Where to start? One of the benefits is that you can connect with parents when seeking help or product experiences, get professional advice on our products and share or watch entertaining content that brings you closer to other parents. You also get to be the first on exclusive access to limited editions, sales or collaborations. As a member, you can for example, earn points and with those points you can redeem discounts, exclusive members-only products or attend Najell events for free.  

    • No, there are no costs involved in becoming a member. We wish every parent the opportunity to connect with other parents.  

    • When you’re logged-in as a member, you can change your address under Details in your Account. If you have any issues, please reach out to help@najell.com. 

    • There are many ways to collect points. One of the ways is that whenever you review a product, create a post, share visual content or receive likes, you will earn points. With every purchase you make you will earn points.  

    • When you’re logged-in, you can find your receipts under Orders in your Account. You can also find your receipt in your email inbox.  

    • Please read here on how we handle personal details.  

    • You can resign from our Customer Club by logging into your Account. Under details, you can find the option to cancel the membership. If you can’t it, please reach out to our Customer Service at help@najell.com and we will cancel it for you.  

    • Your points don’t have an expiry date and are valid as long as you are a member of the Customer Club. However the personal offers, discounts or things you can do with your points will be dynamic and might change overtime 

    • The sky is the limit! Become a real celebrity in our Customer Club and you will be rewarded, we promise.  

    • There are many things that you can do with your points. You can for example redeem a discount, collect a members-only product, attend a Najell event for free or even earn a free gift.  

    • For question regarding orders, returns, refunds or deliveries, our customer service will help you out. You can either read our Frequently Asked Questions or reach out to help@najell.com. For product related questions or thoughts, we (or other parents) will gladly help you out in our Customer Club.  

    • That is a weird one! It could be that you’ve unticked the box ‘I’d like to receive email communication’ in your account. You can change this by logging-in to your account and navigate to the Details tab. Please tick the box ‘I’d like to receive email communication’ and click Update below.  

    • No, it is only possible to earn points after signing up to our Customer Club.  

    • It could be that you’ve used a discount voucher, or have chosen other activities that costs points. These will be taken of your total. Whenever you return a product, the points earned with that purchase will also be withdrawn. If you haven’t done any of this, please reach out to our Customer Service at help@najell.com and we’ll look into it.  

    • We have listed our Terms & Conditions here.  

    • No, you can only earn your points with purchases made at Najell.com or in one of our own physical stores.  

    • Yes, the points you earned from that product, will be withdrawn. But no worries, as long as you are active in our community you can earn back your points.
