What personal data do we collect, why and from where?
Collection of personal data with consent
By filling in a consent form on the website (e.g. subscribing to newsletters, receiving offers, etc.), you consent to your personal data (e.g. your name, telephone number, and e-mail address) being used for marketing purposes.
We may gather, store, and use ‘cookies’ containing personal data when you are visiting our website or making a purchase. In this case, we have made a balance of interest in that the processing of the personal data is necessary. When you place an order or register as a customer on our website, you may be asked to provide your name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, credit card information and/ or other information needed to make a purchase. When do we collect information?

1. Contacting Najell
If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.
2. Register and/or placing an order
When you place an order or register as a customer on our website, we ask for your contact information including name, company name, address, email address, and phone number. We also ask for information about your country of residence. This information is needed for us to process, handle and ship your order. It is also needed for the purpose of contacting you for order information, delivery updates, and if we encounter a problem along the way.
3. Signing up via email
We ask for your email address when you sign up to become a customer, to receive our newsletter, to take part in a promotion, or to post a review. The information is used to update you and send you information about Najell, our products, and current promotions and offers. Legal basis, storage, and deletion of personal data

1) Fulfillment of agreement
When you become a customer of Najell, the processing of personal data is required in order to fulfill obligations in connection with orders and purchases. Without the processing of personal data, there is no possibility of delivery, handling of payment, and handling of complaints. In the absence of personal data, Najell may be forced to refuse the purchase.
Personal data is also required to comply with Najell's legal obligations. These include the Accounting Act and rules on product liability and product safety.

For how long is your data stored?
We will not save your personal data for longer than is necessary to fulfill the purposes set out above or for as long as we are required to retain your personal data by law. Thereafter, your data will be deleted.
The processing is carried out in accordance with current legislation meaning that personal data is not stored for a longer period than is necessary for the processing. The personal data is saved and stored for seven years, in accordance with Swedish law, or for as long as it is considered useful during the time we have consent.
Najell will store your personal data as long as you are a customer with us. Data will be deleted when it is no longer relevant or necessary for analysis or direct marketing for the purposes for which it was collected. Some information may be retained for longer when required by other legal requirements, such as the Accounting Act. High levels of security and confidentiality are maintained at all times when handling personal data.
Your personal rights and choices as a customer
You have personal rights regarding your personal data and you have the opportunity to influence your information and what is stored. If you believe that the personal data Najell has processed is inaccurate or has been processed in breach of applicable law, you also have the right to request that such personal data be rectified, blocked, or deleted. How we protect your information
